It’s been a whirlwind few months since I took office as the Westchester County Legislator representing District 10 — Eastchester, Tuckahoe, and half of New Rochelle. I am happy to tell you that I have already fulfilled some important campaign promises. I was very proud to vote for and helped pass new County laws banning the gun show at our County Center and protecting our immigrants. We’re hard at work on other important issues, including infrastructure and affordable housing.

Thank you again to all of you who helped me get elected! Now I’m trying to help two excellent candidates get elected in a special election on Tuesday, April 24. When we campaigned, we proved how powerful canvassing is. All the doors we knocked on translated into votes leading to my victory in November. Now I’m asking local friends for your help canvassing again, to elect my friends Shelley Mayer to the New York State Senate and Terry Clements to County Legislative District 11

I’m going to kick off Shelley’s and Terry’s Special Election Day canvassing efforts at their New Rochelle campaign office, 2 Hamilton Ave, at 9:00 on April 24. Please join me early to get out the vote, as every single vote is going to count! If you can’t join me on April 24, please sign up for other shifts. Shelley’s campaign is planning for other special guests between Friday and Tuesday. Click on the link to schedule your shifts.–qGrY-VO0uB-bG9qOZGh1ZT26M0vF7k/viewform?ts=5acccfd7&edit_requested=true

These are must win elections! Please help Shelley’s and Terry’s campaigns and please vote on Tuesday! Thank you.
